The Kay & Burton Foundation was established in 2021 to formalise the philanthropic endeavours of our team, clients, and partners. The focus of the Kay & Burton Foundation is to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need and champion health and wellness initiatives throughout our community.
Since its establishment in 2021, the Kay & Burton Foundation has been dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need and we’ve proudly stood alongside two remarkable charities: St Kilda Mums and Kids Under Cover.
St Kilda Mums: Nurturing bright futures
Over the past two years, our collaboration with St Kilda Mums has been transformative as our team embarked on collaborating with the organisation on their mission to reach more than 20,000 babies and children annually, providing essential support to struggling parents and caregivers. Through sponsorship, donations, and volunteer efforts, we’ve helped St Kilda Mums ensure every child receives the care and essentials they deserve.In total, the Kay & Burton Foundation has contributed more than $60,000 and our dedicated staff members have enjoyed volunteering their time at the St Kilda Mum’s headquarters, sorting through donations to ensure maximum impact.
Kids Under Cover: Building brighter futures
Our partnership with Kids Under Cover has empowered 25 young people at risk of homelessness with Education Scholarships, offering them a pathway to a brighter future through continued schooling. Additionally, our sponsorship of the Big Build Giving Day has enabled Kids Under Cover to leverage additional support and magnifying the impact of their important work in the community.
Looking ahead: Embracing health and wellness in our community
In 2024, the Kay & Burton Foundation is proud to expand its reach by championing health and wellness initiatives within our community. As part of this endeavour, all charities and community sponsorships supported throughout the year will now sit under the Kay & Burton Foundation’s umbrella. Over the years, Kay & Burton has additionally lent its support to a multitude of worthy causes, including Fight MND, Koala Kids Foundation, Melbourne Baseball Club, Cabrini Bowel Cancer, Portsea Camp, Rotary Club of Sorrento, Pier to Perignon, MPavilion, and many more. By supporting these diverse charities and initiatives through the Kay & Burton Foundation, we are poised to amplify our impact, raise awareness, and assist in effecting profound change for those in need.
