When Kay & Burton launched Luxury Stays, the intention was clear: to create a short-term accommodation offering that reflects the same care, discretion and quality our clients expect from our real estate services.
Designed for owners of exceptional homes, the division allows properties to be made available to carefully vetted guests on flexible terms, with every stay managed through a boutique, hands-on approach.
Since launching, the portfolio has begun to take shape, with seven distinctive homes now available across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, each selected for its design, location and suitability for curated short stays.

Unlike traditional short-stay platforms, Luxury Stays focuses on a carefully curated portfolio rather than scale. Each home is individually selected to ensure the right balance between location, presentation and guest experience.
The current collection reflects that diversity.
On the Mornington Peninsula, ‘Peninsula Palm Springs’ in Point Leo captures the relaxed rhythm of coastal living, where mid-century design meets the quiet beauty of the surrounding landscape. Closer to the city, a character-filled residence in Toorak places guests moments from Hawksburn and Toorak Village.
For those drawn to the energy of the city, elevated apartments in Southbank and Albert Park provide sweeping skyline views and effortless access to Melbourne’s cultural and sporting precincts. The portfolio also includes The Dame in Fitzroy North, a beautifully restored cottage set along a quiet, tree-lined street, offering a stay that feels both considered and deeply connected to its surroundings.
While each home brings its own character, all share the same standard of presentation, care and attention to detail. We also maintain a number of properties not available for viewing by the general public.
