Prior to her real estate career, Jia founded and operated a luxury travel company specialising in bespoke travel services for high-net-worth Chinese clients visiting Australia for investment and asset allocation. Through this work, she developed a strong understanding of cross-border investment and the lifestyle considerations that accompany international property ownership. Earlier in her career, Jia held roles with a commercial bank in China and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in premium banking, providing her with valuable insight into the investment mindset and decision-making processes of Chinese entrepreneurs and investors.
